A Convenient Outlet of the Famous American Chain
This is yet another outlet of the popular American chain, conveniently located and features a spacious interior. However, the service here is slower compared to other branches. That said, the quality remains consistent.
Their cheeseburger stands out as one of the best in town, featuring a juicy patty and an ultra-soft bun that almost turns creamy as it absorbs the meat's juices. The chicken burger is also impressive, comparable to the McSpicy in flavour and texture. The chicken nuggets are a cut above the competition—made from real chunks of meat.

I was a little annoyed with the 10-minute wait for my burger because I was rushing for time, and I thought fast food was fast. But the burger was amazing when it arrived. Perfectly crispy, non-greasy, and yummy chicken thigh topped with fresh slaw and enclosed in warm bread. 5 stars for the burger! I was impressed with this quality, even though it's a chain. I also loved the blackberry and lychee lemonade. It's one of the few places with lemonade that's tangy instead of sugary sweet. I will be going back again.

2nd time ordering from this outlet.
I ordered it to-go this time.
I finished half the burger when I found a hair lodged in the mushroom of my Shack Stack.

Super nice environment, great food. One particular 'ick' I have is their stairs, which are super cramped and seem a bit strange, especially when expecting people to carry drinks and food up them just to eat during peak periods. I'm just worried that accidents might happen.

Really love the seasonal menu that has Sarawak white pepper in it! The beef burger with white pepper sauce and scallions is so amazing! It is not overwhelmingly spicy, but offers an excellent peppery taste that complements the sweet caramelised onions and balances out the saltiness of the patty very well. The Sarawak white pepper fries are also a super delicious combination! Please make it a permanent menu item!

Came by for a dessert with my kids on a Friday evening. Waited 30 minutes for an order of two frozen custards and one lemonade.
I understand that it was a busy time for the restaurant, but perhaps there should be a better system for channelling different food orders to different parts of the kitchen, so that orders not needing any cooking could be served more promptly.
I appreciated the help of the person who helped check on my order.

Great place to have the famous Shake Shack burger. Meat is great and juicy. The burger is great.
Ordered some nuggets to share.
Overall, the burger is great as usual, not many complaints.
Price-wise, it is on the high side. So, if you miss eating a great burger, you need to pay more for good quality.

End of June 2025 - edited to 5 stars
Ordered again on a Monday afternoon during off-peak hours. The food took a while to be delivered, but the quality was through the roof!
Buns were well-buttered, and the hotdog was well-smoked and grilled. Extra pickles and tomatoes were added as per instructions! Chicken bites were a bit meh, but more of a recipe issue rather than a preparation issue.
I appreciate that items were well-packed in a decent and sturdy paper bag, with heavier items at the bottom. While it sounds like common sense, we have received countless spilled deliveries from other places that packed the heavier items at the top. I suggest maintaining this standard as much as possible, even during peak hours!

Food is above average, though a touch too salty. Slightly less tasty than the Suntec branch, but at least I didn't have to get served by the ragey staff there throwing my burgers. Either that, or the secret to tasty Shake Shack burgers is to throw them – my bad!

Here's the edited review:
I had their double Shackburger and crinkle fries, totaling $32.50. The meat patty was juicy and tasted good for the first few bites, but got jelak afterward due to its greasiness. A single should do the job, as the double was too heavy. The burger came with slices of tomato, lettuce, and cheese. The fries were normal and not salty. The meat patty was grilled on the spot, and food handlers were very responsible, wearing masks to maintain hygiene. Tables were slightly dirty. Condiments were self-service.

My first time having a Shackburger (single), it was so delicious and yummy! The beef was very tasty, complemented by fresh lettuce, pickles, onions, sliced tomato, and a soft, warm bun. While the price was only slightly on the high side, the quality more than made up for it! This is quality food at reasonable prices. Coupled with quick service, a quiet ambiance, and plenty of seating space, it was a real treat for us.
