The worst service in the furniture industry, ever. My wife fully paid for a mattress at Bishan, and the delivery dates were missed three consecutive times. First, it was rescheduled. Second, the delivery team called last minute, wanting to push the delivery time from 3-6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Third, they didn't turn up for delivery. This is completely unacceptable. I bought goods online; a local supplier takes a maximum of 5 days to deliver, but this Seahorse official seller still cannot deliver after one month.

Bought a seahorse mattress from this outlet a few weeks back. This morning, received a call from the delivery person who sounded very agitated. He said that he tried to call the first number provided to him but could not get through. Then he decided that it was appropriate to vent his anger on the customer. Rude!!

On the morning of November 9, 2024, around 11 AM, I went to Seahorse Junction 8 to buy a mattress. The guy's attitude was very bad. When I asked him some questions about delivery and the product, his answer was very bad. He said, "You only spent $72." I mean, does the company allow staff to treat customers like that? I hope the company can improve its staff's service.

We had an amazing experience with the person at the store. She gave us proper time to get our questions answered and also helped us pick the right mattress. It was a timely delivery, and we are loving the mattress.

Our experience with delivery delays certainly complicated our housewarming ceremony preparations. Due to the delays, we had no choice but to use a replacement mattress. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. While we tried to stay positive and enjoy the celebration, it would have been more satisfactory if the company had offered better communication and support during this unexpected situation.

I was quite hesitant to enter, as I had read reviews about poor customer service at their outlets, but decided to give it a try. We were so amazed that the sales advocate, Stella, was awesome and polite in serving us. We had a pleasant customer experience with her. We eventually bought a mattress from her.

Seahorse has always been a family favourite. As a last-minute person like me who moved in without a pillow, we rushed to the Bishan outlet, the next nearest one open until 9 pm! Thank you for the friendly and kind store lady who served us 15 minutes before closing. Came here near closing time on a Monday (~8:15pm) with my family of jokesters. We hope we gave the saleslady a good laugh as we made our purchase raucously. Mega kudos to Joey, our saleslady, who dealt with our questions and my dad's dad jokes with humour and helpfulness, displaying a wide breadth of knowledge about every single mattress in the store. She was also very informative. I had seen bad reviews of Seahorse stores in Singapore and was wary about visiting one. So, I cautiously picked the one with the best reviews (even though it was only around a 3-star rating). My initial thought was just to go there for my dad to have a lie on the mattress before deciding. We didn't intend to buy on the spot, but the saleslady was so knowledgeable and helpful that we were able to make our purchase immediately. We even got a promotional price that was better than what we could find online. Also, apologies to Joey that we stayed a few minutes past closing time, but props to her for being so personable and professional anyway! She was also able to explain the products in fluent Chinese and English and displayed an understanding of Hokkien!, which helped involve my dad and family friends in the process of choosing. I'm really glad; this experience made my day. Seahorse management, please see this and give Joey a good bonus! Future purchasers, we hope you encounter this nice saleslady for your purchases!

The delivery person did not follow the time schedule. In the end, I had to take one full day of leave. If they decide when to deliver, then please don't ask the customer. By the way, their customer service (the second number) just kept mum, and the other one is a Malaysian line with no WhatsApp. There's no point buying from them; you can't get anyone to assist, and you are at the mercy of the driver. So, if there's anything wrong with the mattress, I think you can just throw it away. There's no way to get customer service to respond.
