Food was distasteful and bland. Place has virtually little to no ventilation. Like an oven. Food was just disappointing. Would not recommend anyone to dine here. 10.90 for fishy “seafood”bisque. The only thing they got right was “sea” because it was incredibly fishy with a lack of flavour. And these plasticy bits inside the soup, utter disappointed and grotesque. Truffle mushroom cabonara with no salt, this place is beyond comprehensible to mess up a staple like cabonara. No truffle flavour, no salt, no pleasure in dining at this establishment

Loved Saybon!! One of the few places in Singapore having Sweet crepe healthy no cream. Nice food with calories specified. Enjoyed my time here alone and with friends. Will be back

Lovely environment and great customer service! It would be even better if the soup could be served in a bowl for added convenience.

Was such a terrible experience. The system kept adding random orders to my order. Then the staff couldnt speak english properly to address the concerns. The food came 20 minutes apart and even when it came it was COLD.. Why would i wanna eat COLD egg with cheese ? Disgusted. The staff was not helpful at all. Saybons do something.. edit: Tried the fries. its completely undercooked and disgusting. Saturated in oil

Here's the edited review: Ordered the Christmas menu, and here's my review: 1. **Fish pie** - At $59, NOT worth it. It was just a big mass of mashed potatoes with what seemed like broken fish meat in a standard 8-inch round aluminum tray. Very different from what was shown on the website pictures with slices of fish sitting on a bed of mashed potatoes. (See my pictures. The website picture has since been taken down by Saybons.) 2. **Turkey** - The size of a big chicken. I would have been willing to overlook it if not for the fish pie issue. It came as a set at a premium of $268 with: * **Truffle Mac & Cheese:** Dry, with just salty truffle sauce splattered on it and not much taste. Again, I would have been willing to overlook it, since this is supposed to be 'kids' food. * **Mushroom soup.** 3. **Chicken ham** - The only saving grace in the items we ordered. But it had to be ordered separately at a premium of $88. Very disappointed. We've always liked Saybons (up to this point) and had catered their food many times, including the crepe live station at family gatherings. Their menus come at a premium, and it would have been okay if the quality were good. This would be the last time I'm ordering from them. I wouldn't recommend them either.
