Showed my pen to the staff and asked for a pen refill. They gave me a refill that did not match my pen, I found out a couple of days after. Went back to ask for exchange or refund but they did not concede to my request, asking me to buy a pen that can go with the refill instead. Poor customer service

Very crowded during this period. Parents are rushing to get textbook for their kids. Price can be considered cheaper here than buying directly from the school bookshop for certain schools. There are a wide range of stationeries, price is alright. Also selling gaming accessories. The staffs maybe overwhelmed sometimes. But the basic service standards are still there. Overall experience good.

This bookstore considere big, we manage to find most of the stationery that's require for company use. But when make payment the queue is long due to their counter ony a few, and like us wanna buy refil pen ink, need to seek counter help and they on the spot prepare and bill us accordingly. But as we know, popular things might a bit more expensive than other but they way their display which also easier for us to find the thing that we one.

Has been experiencing wrist pain for the past 2–3months. Likely due to work where research is core and I become inseparable with the laptop. Came across Elecom from Popular. They come with M and L sizes, all black and red. The design is sleek, ain’t heavy and the roller is smooth. It was so comfortable holding it. The mouse is quiet you can’t even hear the clicking sound. The price tag is pricer compared to my current Logitech M330. But hope Elecom can alleviate the pain.
