We love to buy our pastries from Polar . The curry puffs, chicken pie, tuna puffs etc. They are all crispy on the outside and tender inside. Staff are thoughtful.

just ordered a a puff and paid and left, after just 5 sec came back only to change one of the puff but unfortunately it isnt allowed to change. Spoke to Auntie, cant blame her as it was the young lady with the specs decision not to change!! I understand that it is food, if its nit because of my moms favourite puffs i wouldnt buy this!! This young lady was rude initially, took my order and left without letting me finish talking, and theres Auntie came to take my orher order!!how could u hire someone having this kind of customer service! I dont owe you anything, im just asking to chnage one puff to the other. Doesnt even change anything! BAD SERVICE! Theres this guy I like the most as he is very patient and friendly. Should have him all the time!!

Chicken pie price fir $3 a piece is too expensive. Also fillings are too dried up. Most probably prepared too early and kept too long.

Good selection of puffs and pastries. They also have licences cartoon characters cakes. Just had their salted egg puff. Nice. $2.40. I like their sausage rolls and Swiss rolls.

The two gentlemen, James and another young man, are very patient. Even with the constant flow of customers, they were calm and good at their job, answered our questions well, etc.
