Very great service rendered by well being advisors, Christina Chong and Liow Jian Wei. Have been a long time supporter of Osim products since young owing product ranging from back massagers to blood pressure monitor to hygiene products like vacuum cleaner and water purifier. They were very helpful in answering my questions and genuinely down to earth kind of vibe. They were not pushy at all when comes to introducing bundle such as SG60 exclusive and also providing in depth inquiries about the past model when I ask out if curiosity .
Christina is very experienced and well versed with the product. She is also very amiable and easygoing, sat in the outlet and ended chatting with her as a result of her friendliness. She is also very frank in terms of how customers’ preferences certain product over the others not based on the price but the functionality.
Jian Wei has a cool righteous vibe hahaha 🤣 but more importantly he is sincere in rendering service. Got to know him since his days in the Parkway Parade B1 outlet. He never fails to delight the customers with his sincerity and his sense of light hearted humour in him.
Other colleagues, Mike, Chloe and also Kar Wei are very patient and customer centric too. Would highly recommend friends to patronise this outlet for the warm services rendered.

Although I have no intention to buy any products recent week(waiting for uGun X-Sports stock to come to be honest…), but am elated that Andy still remembered me and welcome me warmly and answer my queries patiently and friendly. Just got the u-Dream massage chair from OSIM J8. This is our first massage chair, and we were unsure which to get. Salesperson CY is friendly and helpful, and he made sure to understand our needs before recommending us the right massage chair. His after-sales service was also excellent, as he made a trip to our place to personally guide us to use the massage chair once. In addition to CY, we would also like to commend the team of sales personnel at OSIM J8 who were equally helpful and friendly during our other visits.
