One of the worst money-cheating companies in Singapore. All the products they sell are twice the original prices. I recently went to one of their stores and purchased NOW magnesium, which I usually buy. The price was twice as much as other shops and online platforms. Normally, the price is between 18 and 19 per bottle, but their outlets sell it for 38 per bottle! Everyone must be careful with this greedy, scamming brand.

The staff were afraid of handling physical products. They claimed there was a virus everywhere, so we had to move the products ourselves. The funny thing is, the staff member said there was a virus everywhere but she wasn't wearing a mask.
This says a lot about people using the virus as an excuse not to do things.
I really wonder if their products had a virus, or if they easily get contaminated. Is that why the staff were afraid?

Terrible. I was there only to collect a parcel, but they just asked me to wait. I thought everything could be done within 5 minutes, but it wasn't. The auntie was too talkative, kept focusing on talking with her customer. I will not come back again.

Nature Farm has chosen to be a SHEIN return drop-off point. The staff member I encountered was super unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful. I went there to return SHEIN stuff. That Malay lady wearing spectacles threw the parcel back to me and asked me to read out the order number. The parcel was right in front of her, and the font size was at least 20, yet she demanded I read it out. I asked her, "You cannot see?" and she ignored me. Then why do you want to work at Nature Farm with products full of small-font descriptions on almost all their products?! After she keyed in the order number (which she could clearly see on the computer), she then rudely demanded again. She asked me to 'throw' the return parcel into a box located behind her and behind the cash register.
Why 'throw' the parcel? She didn't want to place the parcel nicely and demanded that SHEIN's customer do her work. I swear that I will never walk in and buy any Nature Farm products from her at Junction 8, Bishan. A piece of advice to that Malay lady wearing spectacles: if you don't like your job, please quit and stop annoying people and ruining other people's business.

Super rude lady at the counter. If you hate customers returning Shein products through your shop, then DON'T DO THAT BUSINESS. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME the ladies at the counter are rude. Consistently rude Every. Single. Time.
Never doing a return through them ever again. Bad service attitude. I thought Nature Farm's sales people are polite, like at other outlets. If I need vitamins, this is the last shop I'll ever step foot in.
