Super rude lady at the counter. If you hate customers returning Shein products through your shop then DON'T DO THAT BUSINESS. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME the ladies at the counter are rude. Consistently rude Every. Single. Time.
Never doing return through them ever again. Bad service attitude. I thought Nature Farm's sales person are polite as per other outlets. If I need vitamins, this is the last shop I'll ever step my foot in.

Nature farm chose to be SHEIN return drop off point, the staff that was super unfriendly, rude and disrespectful. I went there to return SHEIN stuff. That Malay lady in spectacle threw the parcel back to me and asked me to read out the order number. The parcel was in front of her and the font size is at least 20, and demanded me to read out. I asked her ‘you cannot see? ‘ and she ignored me. Then why you want to work at nature farm with products full of small fonts descriptions on almost all their products?!! After she keyed in the order number (which she can see in the computer??) then she demanded rudely again. Asked me to ‘throw’ the return parcel in that box that located behind her and behind the cash register.
Why throw the parcel ? ? She didn’t want to put the parcel nicely and demanded Shein’s customer to do her work. I swear that I will never walk in and buy any nature farm products from her at Junction 8, Bishan. A piece of advice to that Malay lady in spec, if you don’t like your job, please quit and stop annoying people and ruin other people’s business .

Terrible. Here for collection of parcel only they just ask u to wait. Thought everything can be done within 5min but it not. The auntie too talkative keep focusing on talking v her customer. Would not come back again.

Staffs are afraid of handling physical products. Say virus everywhere, thus we need to move the products ourself. Funny thing is. Staff say virus everywhere but she is not wearing mask.
Says alot about people using virus as an excuse to not do things.
Really wonder if their products got virus or easily have virus on it not. That's why staffs after afraid.

One of the worst money cheating companies in Singapore, all the products they sell are twice of the original prices, recently went to one of their stores and purchased NOW magnesium which was what I usually bought, the price was twice as other shops and online platforms, normally the price is between 18 to 19 per bottle but their outlets sell 38 per bottle! Everyone must be careful with this greedy scamming brand.
