It was my first time at Nail Treats at Bishan. I didn't know what to expect, but I decided to give it a chance. Ruby is very experienced and detailed in helping me with my gelish manicure. I had a great time! I'm also thankful that they are not pushy about making people sign a package, instead just explaining in detail what it entails. Can't wait to go again!

Haven’t done my nails for years and decided to try Nailz Treats. It turned out to be a great decision! Alice and Ruby were gentle, skillful, and worked hard on my nails, which were due for some TLC. I was impressed by their range of vegan gel nail polish as well as their high standards for hygiene. These are my nails after 2 weeks - still looking good! I bought a few more sessions with them - looking forward to my next appointment with the friendly manicurists!

I would like to commend the excellent and friendly services provided by Supervisor Janice and Kexin. Janice has always provided me with good advice on how to take care of my nails since I started with her at Nailztreats at Bedok Mall.
I have always trusted Janice with choosing nail colours for me during every mani & pedi session (I always go for gelish), and every time after my sessions, I receive compliments from my family and friends.
Last Thursday (09/01/25) was my first visit to Bishan, and as usual, Janice gave her fullest attention to my manicure while Kexin did my pedicure. I have issues with my big toenails, but Kexin was very skillful, and I didn't feel any discomfort or pain.
I also brought my girlfriend along during the session, and likewise, she had a good session done by two other staff members.
We both liked the ambience of the new salon, and the services provided were fantastic.
Janice always updates me on new promotions, with no hard-selling involved.

I went to this store because of Google reviews, and once again, it's been proven to me that I cannot always trust everything I read and see online. My wedding is this Sunday, and I went last evening at 6:30 PM to do my bridal nails. The end result is so disappointing. I was charged $268 for everything, and the result is nothing close to the photo I showed them.
Before I went for the appointment, I even sent them the photo via WhatsApp to confirm they could do the same design.
I would have been okay if the end product was close enough, but everything is off — from the colour to the cat eye, etc. The technician who did my nails took 2.5 hours and redid them a few times until her colleague came and tried to help.
After the whole experience, they even tried to sell me a $1388 package 🥲 I don't know what else to say. Please take a look at the photos.

Had a great experience getting my express gel mani with Jecy. Jecy was understanding about my reluctance to trim my cuticles and did not push me to get the classic gel mani. She was also very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session, asking me to inform her if my nail beds start to feel hot from the UV light.

I’d like to commend Kexin at Nailztreats at Junction 8 Bishan for her excellent and friendly service. I initially visited for a last-minute CNY manicure and pedicure and was genuinely impressed by the quality of service and products used. The gel nails lasted much longer than those I’ve had elsewhere, and the products felt noticeably different—in a good way. My nails now look consistently healthy and neat. Since then, I’ve become a regular monthly customer, always served by Kexin. She’s not only skilled but also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend checking them out!

Today was my first time at the shop and also my first classic pedicure. I didn't know what to expect, but I was very happy after my pedicure. Kathy did an excellent job pampering my feet and legs. It was an experience I'd never had before. I particularly enjoyed the hot towel wrap and the "tapping massage." She was also very careful and meticulous when handling my nails, feet, and legs. Kudos to her attentiveness in taking care of her customers. If you need a good pedicure and some pampering, this is the place to go.

Decided to try this place because my nails needed a change and cleaning. I am satisfied with the service provided, although it was a little on the pricey side. Place and equipment were hygienic. Janice did a great job with my nails (no nail art, just the usual one or two layers of gel), giving suggestions for my nail shape and style. What I loved best was the non-pushy sales. She only told me what the package entailed and left it for me to make my own decision.
