I'm giving 2 stars because the staff were friendly and they don't hard sell anything.
However, despite only asking for a simple, single-color gel mani which cost 50, I got an uneven paint job where my manicurist, Ivy, did not even bother to clean my nails properly to ensure they were smooth before applying colour. Moreover, despite initially telling me she'd let me choose the colour, she ended up picking the colour on her own, which left me confused and unhappy with the colour.

I wanted to give this a good rating because the staff were so friendly, but you can see how unclean the cut and paint job were. :( Skin scabs everywhere, two bleeding cuticles, and an uneven paint job (not gelish). This photo was taken less than 24 hours after the classic manicure was done. It was a $40 lesson learned. The quality is what you'd expect your aunt or momma to do at home for you, or even worse. 😭
Edit 18/2: Changing to 1 star because it's been five days and the bleeding nail that was nicked is STILL swollen, painful, and obviously infected. I can't even type without pain. I may have to see a doctor and potentially pursue legal action or claims.

I have been patronising Nails In Vogue for over a decade. Felicia has always been exceptionally meticulous and diligent in her work. Her nail art recommendation suits my preference and personal style. I enjoyed my visits due to her great communication skills. She takes the time to listen to her clients’ preferences and requirements before proposing her views. Her professionalism and character make her stand out.

I had an amazing experience here! The service was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my manicure. I've been coming here for years, and they have taken such good care of me.
I've had ingrown nails for a while, and Felicia, who I always go to, is really good at cutting these without it being overly painful.
She also doesn't mind when I bring in photos of designs I want for gelish and will discuss what color combos are good.
The shop is clean, accessible, and has great service.
