I wanted to give this a good rating because the staff were so friendly but... you can see how unclean the cut and paint job was. :( Skin scabs everywhere, 2 bleeding cuticles, uneven paint job (not gelish) . This photo is taken less than a 24 hours after the classic manicure was done. $40 lesson learnt. The quality is what you'd expect from your aunt or momma to do at home for you, or even worser. 😭
Edit 18/2: changing to 1 star because it's been 5 days and my bleeding nail that got nicked is STILL swollen, painful and obviously infected. I can't even type without pain. May have to see doctor and potentially pursue legal action/claims.

giving 2 stars because of how friendly the staff were and the fact that they don’t hard sell anything
however despite only asking for a simple single colour gel mani which cost 50 i got an uneven paint job where my manicurist IVY did not even bother to clean my nails properly to ensure it is smooth before applying colour.
moreover, despite initially telling me she’d let me choose the colour she ended up picking the colour on her own which left me confused and unhappy with the colour.

Staffs are friendly and attentive. Able to cater to my nail art requests as well. Had my nails done here for a long time already. Great job! 👍🏼

came here recently to remove my nail polish. They use a grinder and thinned out a layer of my nails. Now the affected front part of all my nails are thin (more pinkish as it is closer to the flesh underneath), I can't even do basic chores like scrubbing hair, and buttoning up a shirt as the front part of the nails are now soft. i really hope the new nails grow fast. One of the nails actually tore and peel off from my skin. It is painful. I am very upset with this whole experience. This is only a picture of my thumbs, all fingernails are affected. I am horrified.
