So far, this is the fastest outlet to serve your drink, in terms of queueing and waiting time. It took me around 15 minutes in total to get my two drinks.
Drink quality is consistent across many outlets I visited. So, that's great!

I ordered the coconut shake with Pandan Kaya cloud. When I got home, I realised there were no toppings in it! Even though the label clearly stated my order. I returned to the store, and all the staff did was transfer the already melted drink into another cup and add the toppings. So eventually I wasted time walking back and forth to end up with a melted drink 😢, a disappointing experience with poor service recovery.

Never faced this before at other outlets. My usual order is coconut juice. But this time around, the very rude Vietnamese staff gave so much ice that even after finishing my drink, I still had about 3/4 of ice in the cup. Totally a rip-off.

Service-wise, the staff in this outlet were more cheerful and proactive in engaging customers. They tried to greet customers and were very polite to say "welcome" and "thank you," even while busy preparing drinks. Amazing effort.
The drinks were prepared quite fast.

Waited half an hour only to have my order retrieved from the chiller. Ugh.
I ordered a coconut shake at about 8:45 PM last night (June 2, 2025) and was the only customer at that time. I went to Fairprice for about 5-10 minutes, thinking the drink would be ready by the time I returned.
Unfortunately, to my horror, it took a whopping 30 minutes before I could get my order. I waited for about 5 minutes upon my return before asking the cashier if my order was ready, as 20 minutes had already passed by that time. She asked for my order number, and after telling her, she did not acknowledge me or react, and went back to making other drinks. I thought she might have forgotten my order and was now making it.
Again, unfortunately, it was just my assumption and wishful thinking. It was another order she was working on. She THEN ASKED for my order again, as if our first encounter hadn't happened, then proceeded to get my drink, which was already ready, from the chiller. I was very frustrated because I waited half an hour in vain just to watch her make other people's orders.
