Never faced this bef from the other outlets. My usual order is coconut juice. But this time rd, the ice the very rude vietnamese staff gv is so much, even after finishing my drink, I still have abt 3/4 of ice in the cup. Totally a rip off.

Service wise- the staff in this outlet was more cheerful and more proactive to engage the customers. They tried to greet the customers. And were very polite to say the “welcome” and “thank you”. While they were all busy preparing the drinks. Amazing effort.
The drinks were prepared quite fast.

Retarded cashier. Waited half an hour only for my order to be taken out from the chiller. Ugh.
Ordered a coconut shake at about 8.45pm last night (2 June 2025) and was the only customer at that time. I went to Fairprice for about 5-10 minutes, thinking that the drink would be ready by the time I return.
But unfortunately, to my horror, it took me a whopping 30 minutes before I could get my order. I waited for about 5 minutes upon my return before asking the cashier if my order was ready as it had already been 20 minutes by that time. She asked for my order number, and after telling her, she did not acknowledge or give any form of reaction to me and went back to making the drinks. I thought that she might have left my order out, and was making it.
Again, unfortunately, it was just my assumption and wishful thinking. It was the other order she was working on. She THEN ASKED for my order again, as if our first encounter did not happen, then proceeded to get my drink, which was actually already ready, from the chiller. I was very frustrated because I waited half an hour in vain just to look at her make other people’s order.

I ordered the coconut shake with Pandan Kaya cloud. When I got home, I realised there was no toppings in it! Even though the label clearly stated my order. I returned to the store and all the staff did was transfer the already melted drink into another cup and added the toppings. So eventually I wasted time walking back and forth to end up with a melted drink 😢 disappointing experience with poor service recovery.

So far the fastest outlet to serve your drink in terms of time queueing and waiting for your drink. Took me ard 15 min in total to get my 2 drinks.
Drink quality is consistent across many outlets I visited. So that’s great!
