Very rude aunty there buying 2 black soy milk has been drink this for almost every day if still have stock this time I drink the taste is totally tasteless so I went to the store asking to chg to other pack the aunty very rude taking to me and not allow me to change I didn't ask for refund I just want to change to other pack only.

My child bought Thai milk on 29/5 and is shocked to see that it has mould at the bottom of the drink today. The expiry date is on 2/6/2024. Fortunately, she did not drink it else it would lead to food poisoning! Please check your product on a daily basis. Edit: Added another photo. This is definitely mould. No doubt about it. I didnโt want to travel all the way for a refund but wanted to alert you about it. Since you want to see it, I will contact your officer about it. Fortunately, my child has kept it for evidence. Talking about foresight.

Had the tuna pancake after 9pm. Pancake was uncooked inside and very cold. Such a bad experience for the first time as a regular patron of Mr Bean. Not recommended to eat when they are closing if you don't want cold pancakes.

The aunty was super rude. She was also yelling bad words. When we tried to buy 3-in-1 rice balls for two, she claimed she didn't have free time to cook them. She simply chased us to another branch, the one near the MRT. The service at the Mr Bean MRT branch is much better than at this location.

To get your soya bean fix in Singapore, most people will head to this franchise - Mr Bean. If youโre lucky, you will get pancakes fresh out from the round molds. I was not this time :( However, the pancakes are still chewy and the tuna filling is still tuna, itโs just not as warm. The auntie was also quite friendly for Singaporean standards. Meaning, not brisk or rude

Cold soy milk is silky and smooth. Sgd2.1 for an average sized cup. 100% sugar is not very sweet. Can pay by favepay. Auntie is not the friendliest, ask me for sugar level but looking at the customer in front, I didn't even know she was talking to me. I expect more from Mr Bean, usually known for their better service. Seems like good service is not their priority anymore.

The cold soy milk is silky and smooth. It costs SGD 2.10 for an average-sized cup. The 100% sugar option is not very sweet. Payment by FavePay is available. The auntie was not the friendliest. She asked me for the sugar level, but was looking at the customer in front, so I didn't even realize she was talking to me. I expect more from Mr Bean, as they are usually known for their good service. It seems good service is not their priority anymore.
