Trying for the first time. Ordered seafood paella (that prawn you see in the photo, 2 mini clams and 2 scallops). Didn’t have much expectations. Guess what, the prawn served was raw. You may zoom into the prawn. Have a good one!
Also, if I could give this place a negative, I would. Hopefully no food poisoning.

Visited with my 10 years old son. He was excited to try as it offered similar spread as his fave Saizeriya. We didn't check the rating, which we really should have. Ordered bolognese with poach egg and corn soup. The pasta came and we caught a whiff of smelly rag. The beef tasted gamey, the poached egg was broken and all over pasta, the corn soup was pathetically baby size. And we were joined by waving roach under the chair (see photo 2). It didn't deserve the 2.8 star rating at all. It didn't even deserve a 1.0.

Terrible dining experience! Added $1 for poached egg in the smoked duck cabonara but came with egg shell. Finished both pastas but the fries still haven’t arrive and the fries were so soggy and undercooked.

Poor food quality. The garlic focaccia is a joke! It’s plain balls of dough with burnt fried garlic on top! I’ve never seen such a dish ever. The corn soup is very salty & watery. Overall the other similar food concept restaurant S, wins in terms of food quality, taste & offerings for value.

The food there was quite bad in general (based on my own preferences and expectations), and the quality was a little not up to standard.
I see the reason why multiple comments are comparing them with saizeriya that is because;
1. Saizeriya is slightly cheaper
2. The portion of the food is more
3. Tastes better and there are more choices of food.
Few things that was unpleasant during my dinning there was;
1. There were a small piece of the green scotch brite and a stick resembling a tree branch was found on the pasta.
2. The pizza dough was undercooked as the texture was gummy-like and it looks quite translucent. (However, server told me it was just oily).
Few things to compliment is that;
1. Server apologised after I feedback about the foreign objects found on the pasta
2. Offered to have the kitchen make me a new pizza after I told them it was undercooked (despite she explained that it could be due to the oiliness).

We were having a late dinner and decided to try this as they had seats available. It feels similar to the Saizeriya concept, but with Japanese fusion food. Food was overall not too bad, and I loved the clams aglio olio pasta. Teriyaki pizza was thin and crispy too. Curry gyoza was way too salty, though.
The staff serving us seemed new; she didn't give us the QR code, so she said she would help us order. However, she ended up ordering incorrectly, but it was quickly rectified by the manager. Food took a while but was served hot.
I may come back to try other dishes.

Terrible dining experience! We were charged an extra $1 for a poached egg in the smoked duck carbonara, but it came with eggshell. We finished both pastas, but the fries still hadn't arrived, and when they finally did, they were so soggy and undercooked.
