Love to drink milk tea with pearls. Especially, pearls are one of my favorites. It's not very sweet, and the pearls are easy to chew. Every time I go there, there is a long queue, but I don't mind. If you love milk tea, go for it!

Your staff are arrogant!!! No customer service!! The lady who asked for my order on June 20th at 7:30 PM was impolite. He asked his colleague as well, implying that simple English could not be understood. Very racist!!!

One of the worst I have met. On the cardboard itself, it's clearly written for DBS/POSB card: there's a $1 off for spending more than $5. But upon payment, there's no $1 off. When asked, the lady actually told me that I, the customer, needed to inform them of this, otherwise there would be no deduction at all????!!! And I ordered the Red Sugar Fresh Milk Pearl (medium) and another Jelly Red Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk (medium). Though the normal 'real pearl' comes with a cute milk bottle cup, I received an ordinary type? Lastly, as advertised, you needed to buy two 'Real Pearl Fresh Milk' drinks to get a keychain. Of course, they never gave it. I had to specifically ask for it before they unwillingly gave it to me. I really don't know what to say to the staff at this Bishan outlet. But one thing is for sure: I will NEVER EVER patronize this shop again. I felt I was really scammed.
