I queued up for the $2 milk tea and the lady told me I have to download the app. I downloaded it and the mobile app order and payment is confusing and troublesome. It does not tell you your order number. While people behind me got their drinks, I was still waiting for mine. Until I asked one of the staff, she asked me for my order number and I said I have no number and she searched for my drink and gave it to me and walked right away without batting an eye or even hear me say thank you. For a pick-up order, I would expect my drink to be on the counter and not hidden. She did not even call out a mobile order when the drink was ready and just sitting under the collection point. 2 of the employees were rude and had horrible customer service.

Lacks service orientation. Had to wait 25min for a simple takeout drink. Watched a ton of drinks get prepared and accumulate with no pickups. The last straw was watching the big later order get fulfilled while I continued to wait. A simple apology would have helped defuse the irritation. Or even a smile. Or better, an indication of the wait time before the order - I could have at least worked on my step count during the wait! Will not be returning!

Ordered Black Gems with my drink. Service crew did not add it in. Unfortunately was a take-away and only found out after I got home. Service crew was chatting non-stop, was only preparing my drink and still managed to forget to add the topping......seriously facepalm.

The lady with specs is very unfriendly and ignore my order while serving those still looking at the menu for long time. Worst still she knew I'm the one who came earlier than the other.The staffs just chatting among themselves and ignore alerting you to retrieve the drinks when it is prepared.

Order was wrong. I ordered a few drinks with Stevia. They tasted bitter and totally bland. The taste was completely different from the same drink ordered at other outlets. The staff probably had no time and didn't really care, as there were too many people ordering.
