Staff there were very helpful and patient in particular Hairul Nizam. He explained to me the problem with my last frame and also recommended me a broader frame which fit much better. Overall a very good experience there.

Defective spectacles. Late delivery and it was even sent to the wrong outlet! I arranged for Pasir Ris and was forced to collect at Bishan’s store. This is highly unacceptable.
The customer service told me to reach out via email (please see their reply). I did. And it was unhelpful, making the unpleasantness worse. See screenshot. Great.

My current pair of Lenskart specs broke after 1.5 years of use. I wanted to reuse the lens as they were in mint condition. Store Manager Mr Singh assisted me with finding a frame that will fit my lenses. He tried out several frames, starting with the cheapest option to the more expensive ones. As a student with no income, I really appreciated his kind gesture. 💯 This is what good customer service should be like.

Bad experience today purchasing 2 pairs of glasses from Lenskart. There was a ridiculous $10 convenience fee added to my purchases which was not stated upfront. When I enquired what it was for, I was told by the salesperson that it was for fitting and grinding the lens. Totally flabbergasted. This is a very deceitful way of doing business that leaves a bad taste with the customer.
Will not be a returning customer.

I have walked past this Bishan outlet many times but just never thought of going in cos it just looked like another XXXDAYS dup. So I had a bit of free time yesterday and decided to pop in to take a look. There was a 1 for 1 promo going on and I found 2 pairs that I really liked. The price was really reasonable as well, 2 pairs for $1XX. So I paid and left after being told that they will be ready within 3 days. Then today afternoon, I got an SMS telling me they're ready! I mean SERIOUSLY... what is going on ??! Was there some mixup in the system or is this for real? So I made my way down in the evening, half expecting that my glasses were not ready. Lo and behold, they WERE DONE. Gosh, I'm really impressed. The speed, the price, the great service of all your staff at the outlet. Your competitor took 1 week to deliver the same and service was meh... So keep up the good work, I'll definitely be back for more!

Recently got my specs from Lenskart @ Junction 8 outlet with a friend. Was assisted by Hairul. He made the experience really smooth for us and Hairul did a great job in explaining everything. He went through the order and made sure the specs and power was correct for each specs. As my friend and I have different power.
The previous experience I’ve had at Lenskart (at a different outlet) was not as great as the sales assistant was just rushing through to make the payment. We didn’t even know the breakdown of what we were paying for. And also the specific specs and power was not even double confirmed or explained too.
Thankfully the experience at J8 was way better thanks to Hairul. Highly recommend anyone to look for him.

blown away by how helpful and cheap lenskart is!
their membership is also very worth, add on $20 for a 1-for-1 frame 🎉. I bought 2 glasses for $143! the staff also mentioned add on $50 for blue light + lighter and thinner lens. I abit regret cause its a bit heavy on my nose but still a good deal!
and they arrive the next day!!! in 24 hours!!! ridiculously fast... i love it!!! ❤️
good customer service :) the staff helped me to choose what frames and colours to suit my face. i forgot whats the girl's name but shes very kind and professional :) chinese lady and speaks with a malaysian accent. the store is also equipped with AR to simulate how you look with some glasses without wearing them. i find them abit unnecessary but still very cool 👍
