Blown away by how helpful and cheap Lenskart is!
Their membership is also very worthwhile, adding on $20 for a 1-for-1 frame 🎉. I bought 2 glasses for $143! The staff also mentioned an additional $50 for blue light + lighter and thinner lenses. I somewhat regret it because it's a bit heavy on my nose, but still a good deal!
And they arrived the next day!!! In 24 hours!!! Ridiculously fast... I love it!!! ❤️
Good customer service :) The staff helped me to choose which frames and colours to suit my face. I forgot what's the girl's name, but she's very kind and professional :) She was a Chinese lady and spoke with a Malaysian accent. The store is also equipped with AR to simulate how you look with some glasses without wearing them. I find them a bit unnecessary, but still very cool đź‘Ť

The staff were very helpful and patient, especially Hairul Nizam. He explained the problem with my last frame and recommended a broader frame that fit much better. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Defective spectacles. Late delivery, and the spectacles were even sent to the wrong outlet! I arranged for Pasir Ris, but was forced to collect at Bishan’s store. This is highly unacceptable.
Customer service told me to reach out via email (please see their reply). I did, but it was unhelpful, making the unpleasantness worse. See screenshot. Great.

Bad experience today purchasing 2 pairs of glasses from Lenskart. There was a ridiculous $10 convenience fee added to my purchases, which was not stated upfront. When I enquired what it was for, I was told by the salesperson that it was for fitting and grinding the lenses. Totally flabbergasted. This is a very deceitful way of doing business that leaves a bad taste for the customer.
Will not be a returning customer.

Recently got my specs from Lenskart @ Junction 8 outlet with a friend. We were assisted by Hairul. He made the experience really smooth for us and did a great job explaining everything. He went through the order and made sure the specs and power were correct for each of us, as my friend and I have different power.
The previous experience I’ve had at Lenskart (at a different outlet) was not as great, as the sales assistant was just rushing to complete the payment. We didn’t even know the breakdown of what we were paying for. Furthermore, the specific specs and power were not even double-confirmed or explained.
Thankfully, the experience at J8 was way better, thanks to Hairul. I highly recommend anyone to look for him.

I have walked past this Bishan outlet many times but never thought of going in because it looked like another XXXDAYS dupe. So, I had a bit of free time yesterday and decided to pop in to take a look. There was a 1-for-1 promotion running, and I found two pairs that I really liked. The price was really reasonable as well, two pairs for $1XX. So, I paid and left after being told that they would be ready within three days. Then this afternoon, I got an SMS telling me they were ready! I mean, seriously! What was going on?! Was there some mix-up in the system, or was this for real? So, I made my way down in the evening, half expecting that my glasses were not ready. Lo and behold, they were done! Gosh, I'm really impressed. The speed, the price, and the great service of all your staff at the outlet. Your competitor took one week to deliver, and the service was meh. So, keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back for more!

My current pair of Lenskart glasses broke after 1.5 years of use. I wanted to reuse the lenses as they were in mint condition. Store Manager Mr. Singh helped me find a frame that would fit my lenses. He tried out several frames, starting from the cheapest option to the more expensive ones. As a student with no income, I really appreciated his kind gesture. This is what good customer service should be like.
