Very slow and poor workmanship. I sent on 3 Dec 2023 for repair and only received call to receive my bag after 3months.
Am very disappointed with the workmanship, there is an obvious scratch on the handle and they argued that it is dirt, colour not matching, stitching was very poorly done.
Now my genuine LV Neverfull looks like a counterfeit stuff!

I have been back to Leather Atrium to repair a couple of bag and belt and i have to say their workmanship is definitely worth. My recent fix for my Fendi Belt is giving this belt a second life and it is new again. Everything is nicely stitched and perfectly done for this belt and dual usage for this belt for now! Definitely heading back to Leather Atrium for the rest of my leather products fix! Lady Boss and her team are super knowledgeable!
