Very slow and poor workmanship. I sent on 3 Dec 2023 for repair and only received call to receive my bag after 3months. Am very disappointed with the workmanship, there is an obvious scratch on the handle and they argued that it is dirt, colour not matching, stitching was very poorly done. Now my genuine LV Neverfull looks like a counterfeit stuff! NOT RECOMMENDED!

My bag was in really bad condition with the leather peeling away on the sides of the bag as well as the front. Consulted several other repair places such as Dr Bags and was quoted more thn double of what I paid here. Leather Atrium did a wonderful job with my bag and it now looks brand new! Highly recommend to all.

I sent 2 of my bags for a makeover. My Gucci bag had a new cloth cover as the old one was worn and with mildew. The makeover turned out nice, looking as good as new. The yellow leather bag was dirty and the leather is drying out. The chemical cleaning makes it look new again and the leather is soft and shiny. Although I was told it will take about 3months, I got the 2 bags back pretty fast. Leather Atrium services are good and I highly recommend them to clean and service your leather bags. I have been back to Leather Atrium to repair a couple of bag and belt and i have to say their workmanship is definitely worth. My recent fix for my Fendi Belt is giving this belt a second life and it is new again. Everything is nicely stitched and perfectly done for this belt and dual usage for this belt for now!
