Friendly and nice staff! I've been going for the Cleanse + Glow treatment and it really helped to clear the acne. The beautician Adeline also genuinely discussed my skincare concerns and suggested products that would complement the benefits of the facial, which I really appreciate! Highly recommended :)

Adeline was my beautician for the day. She was really friendly and I enjoyed her service a lot. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. She also gave some beauty advice without hard selling any products to me at all! I definitely hope that she will be able to help me with my facials in the future:)

The auntie serving me on 20 Oct at around 7+pm was so rough with my face. There’s a sign outside the shop to ask to treat the staff with respect yet she didn’t treat customer’s face with respect. The way she used the suction thing was like hammering on my face, hitting on my face bone. The way she used the scrubber was even worse. She was like scraping so hard off my face. She even used the corners of the scrubber to scrape which I don’t think that’s the right thing to do as I have never encountered this from other outlets. As I was having a huge pimple that day, the way she squeezed my pimple was so painful and I am not even sure she squeezed it the right way. It’s so red after that with the pus etc. Feels damn unprofessional and not well-trained. I am really worried that it will leave a mark or scar on my face 😢 I believe nobody wants this to ever happen to them. My cheeks area were red after the facial and this is the first time that my skin was red after facial with Kskin. Worst experience ever. Whole facial session was unbearable that I was hoping that it will stop/be over soon. Customers should not have to go through this bad service just because the facial cost $28. Will not go back to kskin again due to the inconsistent service across different outlets. Such a nightmare

Opt for the 30mins cleanse + glow facial. Therapist was ok. There are selection of express facials as well.
Good thing of this facial concept is that it’s no-frill and no hard selling of packages.

What a great first experience at Kskin J8 outlet. I tried the Cleanse + Glow combo and was served by Adeline, who was very friendly and assuring throughout the session. Knowing it was my first time there, Adeline walked me through the whole process from registration, recommended treatment for my skin, and explaining the different steps before she started the procedure. It was absolutely fuss-free with no hard sell of packages and sales talk during the session. Will definitely visit again soon!

Had the acne and glow treatment. The therapist always explained the chemicals and their functions during treatment. One of the most uncomfortable chairs ever. Wish they had proper beds to lie on.
