Opens at 10 AM, which is quite early. It's a typical KOI outlet, located on level 2 of Junc 8 shopping mall.

Kudos to the Koi team! I was craving for Koi milk tea and was there 15 minutes before the closing time. At the same time, I was enquiring about the membership. She was patient with me and told me the steps. I appreciate the team for accepting my orders, and 100% for the service provided by the team. Drinks were prepared fast as well. Thank you.

I bought a green tea latte and the drink was not green at all. There was no taste of green tea, and it tasted just like milk with sugar. Will not recommend.

Ordered through their self-checkout counter. There are two. Easy to use. Always have to wait for a bit of time.

Honestly, the drink is so unappetizing. The photos in the machine are very misleading. Like, why is it green if it's not even green? It tastes so bad, really bad. It's so bland. Honestly, send help. But overall, the staff is nice. It's just the drink that's so bad. I do not recommend buying the green tea latte.

After placing the order, I waited for half an hour. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that I hadn't paid successfully. Why didn't you tell me earlier? I waited for such a long time without being informed! The staff's service attitude is really bad!

We visited on 5 April 2025 at 9:20 PM. There was already a queue, but we patiently waited to order at the kiosk. Unfortunately, the machine was extremely slow and laggy, making the ordering process unnecessarily long. After completing one transaction, the machine completely jammed when we tried to place another order. When I informed the staff about the issue, their response was impatient and rude. There was no attempt to resolve the problem or apologize for the inconvenience—just dismissive behavior. While I understand technical issues happen, it’s unacceptable for staff to treat customers poorly for problems beyond their control. A little courtesy and a willingness to help would’ve made a big difference. Very disappointed with the service.

I arrived at around 10:30 AM and waited for quite some time before receiving my drinks. I ordered the Peanut Butter Milk Tea with Taro Q (50% sugar). The sugar level was just right, not too sweet. The chunky peanut butter added a good crunch and flavour to the drink. The taro also complemented the drink really well. Overall, I enjoyed the drink! I just hope the service could be faster. However, perhaps it was because I came too early, which made it slower.

I bought a drink today on July 12th around 7:30 PM and shared it with my sister. She was finishing up the drink and chewing on the pearls when she found a fingernail inside her mouth. This is really disgusting and extremely unhygienic. I have no idea how a fingernail could ever get in a drink, or why anyone would even be cutting their nails while working in a drink store. Please manage your employees' cleanliness better.

I usually get my drinks here. It's supposed to be automated, which should make things faster, but there's always a line, which is puzzling. I got the chrysanthemum iced tea, and it was quite sweet even with zero sugar, with a herbal aftertaste. I also asked for aiyu jelly, and the jelly was on point. The only annoying thing is the constant queue.
