Kudos to the koi team! Was craving for koi milk tea and was there 15mins before the closing time. At the same time, i was enquiring about the membership.. she was patient with me and told me the steps. Appreciate the team for accepting my orders and 💯 for the service provided by team. Drinks were prepared fast as well. Thank you👍🏻

Y must u order using kiosk when u wanna pay cash or by shopback pay?y not letting ppl using cashless payment use the kiosk machine instead?crowded and lot of ppl queueing…?can‘t get it

context: koi was crowded and the one and only machine had a snaking long queue. i wanted to use my voucher (hence needing the counter/machine assistance)
i also wanted to top up my card with cash and a friendly worker 1 assisted me with it however when another worker 2 (wearing long black sleeve) saw that worker 1 was helping me, he said “it is not right for them to come to the counter to order and they should have queued up at the machine” right infront of me. i feel that this very rude and action should be taken against him. i just wanted to top up my card with cash and order my drink at the counter at the same time. cause it would be not be logical for me to queue up for the machine again just to order my drink after topping up my card when i could just order my drink at the counter. ( context: i did indeed asked worker 1 if i could order at the counter and he agreed)

Staff prioritises grab/mobile delivery order over people who order manually. It would be better if there's clear distinction one staff settle mobile order the other settle manual order.
Like the ones who ordered waited 40 mins for a cup ;-;

Staff prioritises grab/mobile delivery orders over people who order manually. It would be better if there were a clear distinction: one staff member for mobile orders, the other for manual orders. For example, some customers waited 40 minutes for a cup.

Quite crowded during lunchtime. It's situated at Level 2 next to the famous Mr. Donut. There's only one self-service machine here, so you might be in for a long wait.
