Here to sell off my old bags that had been sitting quietly in my closet. The staff here at the Bishan outlet were really friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to help secure a higher buy-back amount. Definitely a must-go place for anyone looking to sell items for cash. 👍👍👍

The low rating is not due to customer service or the staff who assisted me, but rather how they operate. They should do a pre-check online, like EcoRing or Carousell do, to ensure the quoted selling price is worth the trip for a physical assessment. Otherwise, it wastes everyone's time.

Visited their Bishan branch today. Had a very pleasant experience. They were able to accommodate me despite not having an appointment. Tracy was very friendly and patient. I'm not sure if I got the best price, but I'm happy since I managed to get reasonable cash back for some of my preloved items.
