Visited their Bishan branch today. Had a very pleasant experience. They were able to accommodate me despite me not having any appointment. Tracy was very friendly and patient . Not sure if I gotten the best price, but am happy since I managed to get reasonable cash back for some of my preloved items .

Lack of star is not anything with customer service or the staff who were assisting me. Rather how they operate? Like do a pre check online like how EcoRing or Carousell does to ensure that the selling price they quote is worth the trip for physical assessment else it's wasting everyone time
