The Chinese young lady cashier with glasses was rude with zero patience.

There was a queue, with only one counter open. Two staff were handling cashier duties super slowly while talking so much to customers. I waited so long for my turn, and then there were so many payment problems – this wasn't allowed, that wasn't allowed. It was a horrible experience; I don't want to go anymore.

Today, December 14, 2024, there was no queue at the cashier, and the cashier auntie was not attending to anyone else, but was on her laptop. I called her once (I'm sure it was loud enough), but she ignored me. So, I called her again and said, "Hi, sorry, excuse me." She sounded so irritated and replied, "Yes, what... " before saying, "No, don't have" to my enquiry in a super unfriendly manner. I usually do not give bad reviews, but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope her attitude can be improved.

The Chinese employee who works at the Junction 8 outlet (Japan Home) really hates her job! She was rude, arrogant, and couldn't care less about me as a customer who simply wanted to make a purchase at the store. There was no standard of service.

The cashier acted as if the newspaper for wrapping fragile items came out of her pay, and tried to gaslight me by saying it was thick enough despite me being able to feel the ridges of the ceramic plates. It was literally just one newspaper layer. She then proceeded to ignore my request and chatted with her colleague. I had to frustratingly say it again for her to realise it wasn't something I was just going to let slide, as I really needed the extra protection. I had other things in my grocery bag and would be travelling far. Her colleague then said in Chinese to remove the wrapping and use a new one??? I understood it and didn't say anything to her, but what kind of staff is this? This happened on June 26th around 7 PM.
