Maybe we had been patronising larger branches of Japan Home. We found the range of products at this outlet quite limited. Some of the tidbits and cleaning products couldn't be found. Still worth browsing through if you require household items.

today 14 dec 2024 there was no queue at the cashier and the cashier auntie was not attending to anyone else but on her laptop, called her once (i’m sure it was loud enough) but she ignored me so i called her again and said “hi sorry excuse me” she sounded so irritated and replied “yes what -_-“ before saying “no don’t have” to my enquiry in a super unfriendly manner. i usually do not give bad reviews but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. hope attitude can be improved.

The China girl who works at the Junction 8 outlet (Jap Home) really hates her job! Rude, arrogant, couldn't care less towards me as a customer who simply wanted to make a purchase at the store! No standard.

There was queue, one counter only. 2 staffs doing cashiering super slowly while talking so much to the customer. I wait so long finally my turn, payment so much problems this cannot that cannot. Horrible experience dont want to go anymore

Cashier acted as if the newspaper to wrap fragile items came from her pay. and tried to gaslight by saying it was thick enough despite being able to feel the ridges of the ceramic plates? It was literally just one newspaper layer. She then proceeded to ignore my request and chatted with her colleague I had to frustratingly say it again for her to realise it wasn’t a matter that I was going just let it slide as I rly needed the extra protection on it. I had other things in my grocery bag and would be travelling far. Her colleague then said in Chinese to remove the wrapping and use a new one ??? I understood it and didn’t say anything to her but what kind of staff is this ? It happened on 26th June around 7pm …
