I started going to their first Novena outlet 12 years ago for eyebrow and upper lip threading, then moved to their Bishan outlet when it opened. After that I also started doing monthly last lifts with Yan. This is the only salon that shapes my eyebrows so well and can successfully lift my thick lashes!
Theres absolutely no hard selling/ packages so you can just walk-in for eyebrow threading anytime you want, and they are so skillful and lovely its always a delight to go back! :)

Did 3D creative with Yan at J8 outlet. She was patient in explaining the process to me and was meticulous in her work. Took initiative to follow up with me a week later to check on my brows and helped do a quick touch up ahead of the complimentary touch up session. Several people have also complimented on my brows. I don't need to spend time on my messy brows again, and am more confident when I go out without makeup. Overall satisfied with the service and will recommend to those looking for a natural look.

Been a loyal customer for over 7 years and i have never done my brows elsewhere. I usually don’t ask for specific staffs and just give whoever is free a shot. Today was a let down, was told there’s a hole in my brow shape and because I was in a rush i looked at it thinking it’s natural but strange because i have never had this issue before. Now that i’m back home, I realise that ‘hole’ is there because she cut my brow hairs too short… and there’s lots of unevenness in the density of my brow hairs. Feels like what I could for cheaper. Going on vacation in a day and can’t do much to fix it, what a shame :/ Objectively speaking the standard has dropped. Time to find a new brow studio that can do better!

I’ve been a loyal iBrow Studio customer for over 5 years, even before COVID, and have purchased multiple packages throughout the years. My go-to outlet has always been Novena, where I’ve consistently had positive experiences. Unfortunately, that trust was completely shaken after my recent visit to the Bishan branch.
I didn’t catch the staff’s name, and while she was generally meticulous and friendly, this was hands down the most painful and uncomfortable eyebrow session I’ve had in over a decade of waxing and threading.
The wax was scalding hot, and the way it was ripped off felt clumsy and careless. I flinched multiple times, and instead of adjusting her technique, she would pause — which made each removal take up to three painful pulls. The wax wasn’t even effective; she eventually suggested threading and tweezing the leftover strands — by which point my skin had already taken quite a beating.
After nine pulls per brow, my skin was visibly raw. That night, after my shower, I noticed a burning sensation and upon closer inspection saw several small cuts just beneath my brows that I hadn’t initially caught.
Safe to say, I’ll be sticking to the Novena outlet moving forward and will avoid the Bishan branch entirely for the foreseeable future.

I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 5 years I would say, started coming way before Covid. However over the years I find their service getting worse and worse. Their opening hours are until 9pm. I reached at 830pm and the staff tells me she can’t do face threading for me anymore because she needs to eat her dinner. Either that I have to wait at least 15 mins for her to eat then do only eyebrow threading, not face threading. This has happened more than once. Not sure what kind of service this is given that this is during operating hours. On top of that, their system is not well updated, will just tell you you need to pay more because they have new rules and now ur package is over. Honestly not coming back here but just to finish package.

The beautician was more interested in selling me semi permanent brow treatment than concentrating on the job at hand
I came in for brow shaping and left with uneven brows and loads of stray hairs - she only waxed and did not tweeze to catch the hairs missed nor use them to ensure the shape was even etc.
I did not get a chance to see her work as she went straight in with a pencil to show me what it would look like with semi permanent

I am a person who is quite concern of my eyebrows trimming. Went to lot of places could not get the shape that I wanted until I met Sammi. I signed up a waxing eyebrow trimming package with her straightway after my first visit with her, she is not a hard sell person. Sad is they do not have any eyebrows trimming package. Sammi never disappointed me, I still go for eyebrows trimming after I used up my package.
Sammi also did my eye liner and lip embroidery for me, before the embroidery she was patiently explained to me. I am satisfied with the both outcomes 😊
