Their tagged price **is** different from the actual selling price. **The** staff didn't even bother to ask **the** management, just said **the** promo already ended when the promo price **was** still on display.

There is an extremely rude and impatient staff member at the Pharmacy named Joanne, a long-haired, bespectacled lady. I was asking for help about a particular medication, but she ridiculed me and made really sarcastic remarks when I sought clarification.

There is an extremely rude pharmacist at J8. At about 10:30 AM, I told my husband to go to Guardian Junction 8 to buy an eye lotion for my itchy eyes. He was met by a lady pharmacist with a horrible English accent who did not want to sell him the lotion. She questioned him why I was not present at the pharmacy and stated that the product was too expensive to purchase, insisting that he should buy a cheaper product, which he told her was of no help. My husband finally left without buying the product, telling her to speak properly, and to be more polite and tactful. In the end, the product was purchased from a very friendly pharmacist at Unity.

I tried calling for the past 3 days. No one seems to answer my call. On average, I called 5 to 6 times a day. But still, no one picked up my call. I understand everyone is busy, and you guys may have shortage of manpower. But please fix this. You guys are running this business for years, not just yesterday.

If you’re planning to visit the pharmacist, make sure to call ahead before heading down. The store does not publish or mention when the pharmacist is unavailable, and you might be misled into believing that the pharmacy is open even when it is not. You will spend time waiting for a pharmacist who won't appear, and the staff will simply let you wait at the counter. What a waste of time.

The cashier was rude and not well trained. When I displayed the Passion Card, they said it was no longer valid. When I asked how to collect points, they pointed at the Yuu brochure. However, when I asked to use the card, the cashier just wanted us to pay the money instead of collecting points. They didn't even mention how to show the Yuu card in the app for adding points. Management, if you see this, please send the cashier for extra training. Thanks.

I went there about an hour ago. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile and even asked how I was doing. It may be a small gesture, but it made my day. To the tall and kind cashier, thank you for that. Please continue to greet your customers with kindness. 🥹

Dropped by during lunch to check if my expiring voucher could be used on the product I wanted to purchase. The voucher was limited to "Healthcare Products" only. I checked with a staff member who was arranging stock; he referred me to the cashier. The cashier was unsure. She then checked with the store supervisor. From a distance, I noticed the supervisor ask the cashier, "This one Healthcare Products meh?" accompanied by a telling facial expression. It was actually a simple task. All they needed to do was just scan and see if the voucher worked. A transaction can always be canceled without any hassle if no payment has been made. But no, the cashier texted someone to check and told me to wait. Eventually, she did as suggested, and it was all resolved within a minute!!! (The person she texted still hadn't replied when I left.)

Always look for the good pharmacist (short hair). She is professional and helpful. The one with long hair seems to have a serious attitude problem.

A very slack, unhelpful pharmacist with a terrible attitude. I went to her wanting to buy Motilium because I was feeling nauseous. I wanted to tide myself over while I waited for my son's class to finish in 2 hours. I told her I had Motilium at home, and it had worked for me when I was nauseous. She turned me away, telling me that what she had was for after-food indigestion. I told her Motilium works for me, and the instructions stated on the box are to take it before food when one is nauseous. She said no, it was for after food, and insisted that she couldn't dispense it. She displayed zero product knowledge and should be sacked as a pharmacist. She told me nonchalantly that if you are unwell, you should go to a doctor. OMG. Totally unprofessional. I went across to Unity Pharmacy, and the pharmacist there was a complete contrast: so caring and helpful. The photo attached is to educate your pharmacist on the usage of Motilium. I have taken the time to read through the other reviews. It seems like the same pharmacist has the same attitude problem with many others. Isn’t it time to review her performance and sack her before all your customers get offended?
