Waited til 10am. Only 1 staff around, busy opening the shutters one by one and pushing out the promo displays. No pharmacist and no one at counter at 10.10am.

There is an extremely rude and impatient staff at the Pharmacy by the name of Joanne. Long hair, bespectacled lady. I was asking for help on a particular medication but she ridiculed me and made really sarcastic remarks when I sought clarification.

Their tagged price different from the actual selling price. Staff didn't even bother to ask their management, just said promo already ended when the promo price is still on display.

Very slack, unhelpful pharmacist with terrible attitude. I went to her wanting to buy motilium because I was feeling nauseous. Wanted to tide through while I wait for my son’s class to finish in 2 hours. I told her I have motilium at home and that worked for me when I am nauseous. She turned me away telling me that what she has is for after food(indigestion). I told her motilium works for me, and instruction stated on the box is to take before food when one is nauseous. She said no, it’s for after food, insisted that she can’t dispense it. Zero product knowledge and should be sacked as a pharmacist. Told me nonchalantly that if u r unwell, go to a doctor. Omg. Totally unprofessional. I went across to unity pharmacy and the pharmacist there was a contrast- so caring and helpful. Photo attached is to educate your pharmacist on the usage of motilium I have taken the time to read through the other reviews. Seems like the same pharmacist has the same attitude problem to many others. Isn’t it time to review her performance and sack her before all your customers get offended?

Always look for the good pharmacist (short hair) she is professional and helpful. The long hair one seems like having a serious attitude problem.

Dropped by during lunch to check if my expiring voucher can be used on the product that I would like to purchase. Voucher is limited to "Healthcare Products" only. Check with staff who was arranging stocks, he referred me to cashier. Cashier was not too sure either. She checked with the store supervisor. From a distance, I noticed she asked the cashier, "This one Healthcare Products meh?" With the facial expression. It's a simple task actually. All they needed to do is just scan and try if the voucher works. Transaction can always be cancelled without any hassle if no payment was made. But no, cashier then texted someone to check and told me to wait. Eventually, she did as suggested and its all resolved within a minute!!! (The person she texted still haven't reply when I left.)

The cashier was rude an not well trained. When I display the passion card, they say no longer valid. When I ask how to collect point, they point at the yuu brochure. However when I asked to use the card, the cashier is just want us to pay the money instead of collecting the point. Even not mention how to show the yuu card in the app for adding point. Management if you see this please send the cashier here for extra training. Thanks.

If you’re planning to visit the pharmacist, make sure to call in before heading down. The store does not publish or mention when the pharmacist is off and you might be misled into believing that the pharmacy is open even when it clearly is not. You will spend time waiting for a pharmacist who will not appear and the staff will just let you wait at the counter. What a waste of time.

i tried calling for the past 3days. no one seem to answer my called. On average i called 5 to 6 times a day. But still no one refused to picked up my call. I understand everyone is busy and u guys may have shortage of manpower. But pls fix this , you guys are running this business for years , not just yesterday.

There is this very extremely rude pharmacist at J8. At about 10.30am I told my husband to go Guardian Junctyion8 to buy an eye lotion for my itchy eyes. He was met with this lady pharmacist with horrible English accent not wanting to sell him the lotion. She questioned him why I am not present at the pharmacy and that the product is too expensive to purchase insisting that he should buy a cheaper product which he told her is of no help. My husband finally left without buying the product telling her to speak properly, be more polite and tactful.In the end the product was purchased. from a very friendly pharmist at Unity.
