I had a wonderful experience with Niki at Goldheart! She provided outstanding service — not only did she carefully polish my diamond ring until it looked brand new, but she also took the time to give me a very detailed explanation about diamonds. I really appreciated her patience and how she shared her knowledge in such a clear and friendly way. It’s rare to meet someone so passionate and genuine in their service.
