The CNY Jack Neo movie was good, and the seats were good. However, it was definitely not ideal with a full cinema of senior citizens. There were no ushers to assess the situation and allow the crowd to exit via the entrance. As a result, senior citizens were complaining with every step they took down the three flights of stairs. The movie was two hours long. Additionally, the stair handrails were not well maintained either.

Staff does not seem to be well trained to handle the promotions offered by the theater. I bought an HSBC Platinum Movie Card - All Day, back in May 2023, and today when I wanted to use the card, the staff refused to allow it, saying that the card was not valid even though the card CLEARLY states that it is valid ALL DAY, with the exception days listed clearly. I ended up having to use my new Platinum All Day card, which I bought today (the exact same card), and surprisingly, this "new card" was acceptable simply because the two cards were different colors. So now my old card is expiring, and I still have tickets inside. It may have been easier if I had gone directly to the self-help counter instead.

Here's the edited review: Visited this cinema today to try out their D-Box format for the newly released movie Doctor Strange. I absolutely loved it, without a doubt. The seat vibrated according to the movie, and unlike other cinemas in Singapore, the air conditioning was just right, so I did not even have to put on my jacket!

The cinema is old, the seats in front are high, and it has a stench too.

The employee was rude and kept rushing us to buy the tickets and decide on our drinks. This occurred at the rightmost counter around 2:30 PM on Friday.

The male staff at the ticket checking section was rather rude. We've been there a few times, and even when we went in for the toilet before the show, we approached him and he just rudely replied. I doubt he's a part-timer, as I've been seeing him a few times. His behaviour does create a bad image of the company.

This is the worst cinema I've been to so far, and I think it is in dire need of a renovation. I was really shocked when I entered the hall and realised that all the seats were on flat ground, which means that those seated at the back will be blocked by people in front. The aircon was not very strong as well, and I felt that I needed to raise my head throughout the movie. This was not a comfortable experience, and I do not recommend coming here. I will definitely not be coming back!

Aqasha was very diligent. He was at the ticket counter alone, checked our eligibility (senior citizens), and promptly processed the transaction for our movie tickets. He also helped out at the retail section. He displayed a proactive attitude in customer service.

Disappointed with the service provided by Chen Sook and her male colleague. We went up to the empty service counter while they were in the vicinity doing other work. They just ignored us for 2 minutes, then served the group that arrived after us first. When it was our turn, Chen Sook walked away in the middle of serving us to complete another task. While I can appreciate that the service counter staff have multiple tasks to complete, a simple 'give me 1 minute, please' would have earned a lot of patience. Spoiled my GV experience before I even stepped into the theatre.
