Amazing experience during my visit. Was served by Eirod, who patiently assisted me in finding a shirt that suits me and also assisted with my request to punch new holes in my belt, even though it wasn't purchased from there. Would definitely love to visit again sometime.

Collected a pair of altered pants this afternoon. The male staff member was very warm and professional, even though the pants had been purchased from another branch (Plaza Singapura). This type of excellent customer service is hard to come by these days!

Horrible attitude from staff: they undermined my ability to pay for the clothes and treated me as if I could not afford them. Bad service and rude staff!

I would like to give a shout out to Ben for his superb service during my jacket purchase. He was quick and patient in bringing out various models of jackets for me to try, and upon hearing I needed the jacket urgently, he expedited the transfer from another store. I am very thankful to Ben for such a great shopping experience.
