I would like to give a shout out to Ben for his superb service in my purchase of a jacket. He was quick and patient in bringing out various models of jackets for me to try and upon hearing I needed the jacket urgently, he expedited the transfer from another store. I am very thankful to Ben for such a great shopping experience.
