Good collection of groceries. However, it all becomes useless when you encounter long-faced service staff at the auto checkout point, as if she was hired ONLY to inspect whether people pay for the plastic bags or not, coupled with a horrible attitude. 4:40pm 3/5/2024.

I shop here almost every day for most of my groceries, especially the organic produce and mushrooms. They are fresh every day and well packaged. The self-service counter for self-payment works very rigidly, and every step must be exactly the same.

Located at B1, Junction 8.
Quite big and spacious.
It's a standard NTUC Fairprice with a wide variety of items. The fruits are always fresh, and you're always spoilt for choice.
Quite impressed by the organic section and especially the wine section.
The wine section has quite a range of wines, and the prices can be considered quite reasonable. Sometimes even cheaper than online prices.
It's always good to shop around here to see if anything is lacking at home.

Doesn't remove rotten vegetables from the shelves regularly. I have to unwrap wrapped vegetables to check for freshness.

The counter lady, Meerassri, was talking to her colleague at the next counter for almost 5 minutes when she was supposed to serve me, with nobody in queue! Moreover, I asked for a plastic bag, but she forgot to key it in and used the excuse that I could claim a free bag from customer service for items purchased. So far so good, when I brought my items to the CS counter, the chubby woman was so eager to close the counter but had to walk back to serve me and displayed a sullen look. Fairprice, you are the FINEST HERE! PLEASE educate your staff on courtesy and customer service, and not to be so eager to rush home!

I come here on weekends. You can try many drinks, which are new or promotional products here. They sell flowers too, but the queue is always long when making payments. You may also find meat, seafood, wine, and many other groceries here.

Good location, on the same level as the Bishan MRT station exit and just a short walk away. The only thing is that the supermarket is rather crowded, and the shopping experience was not as pleasant as we wished it to be. We were pleasantly surprised to see some items here that we've not seen before at other Fairprice Finest outlets.

Here for the Magnolia roadshow inside this NTUC. It's a good event to get some freebies once in a while. Good selection of snacks and ice cream.

A typical FairPrice located in the Junction 8 shopping mall near the Bishan MRT & Bus Station on the B1 floor, which has fruit, vegetable, meat, seafood, hygiene products, beverages, and more sections. The prices are decent, and some products have good deals if you look long enough.
They have regular cashiers and also self-service cashiers that take both card and cash. This FairPrice is definitely well-located to get a snack after walking around, visiting the Bishan Public Library, or popping out of the Bishan MRT station.

I’m a very regular customer shopping at J8 Finest every Tuesday without fail. I've been patronizing this store for more than 10 years.
There were always promotion block displays and promo standees cluttering the aisles…
I used to have to ‘GPS navigate’ through the aisles, the passages!
Now? Just free roaming for the trolley!
No more cluttering of displays!
No more worries about hitting into displays with fragile items!
Almost the entire store has had a face-lift!
A Finest store that now looks totally fine!
Kudos to PL! The new store manager posted to this store in March!
You made it happen within 2 months!
You made grocery shopping pleasant, free and easy for consumers!
Please note:
Yes, I’m a friend of PL. The above is a fair statement!
Regular customers won’t disagree with my statement after seeing my photos or shopping in the store recently.
