Good collection of groceries. However; all become useless when you keep on long face service staff at the auto checkout point, as if she was hired ONLY to inspect people pay for the plastic bags or not plus horrible attitude 4:40pm 3/5/2024

Most of what you need can be found here. Everyday necessities and all. Wide selection of wet and dry products. Promotions are often too. Helpful staff and courteous cashiers. There are always promotions here.

Very big and spacious. However, will get rather crowded and cashier queue will be very long at peak hours. Have a huge range of good quality products.

I almost fell pushing the trolley on the travellator because one of the wheels is broken and got stuck in the travellator. Their trolleys are so worn out and so difficult to push especially when the trolleys are full. Always have a backache after shopping there😭 …

Large outlet with lots of non-grocery items. Fruits and vegetables look fresh, but not sure if in good edible condition. Bought a box of buah salak – packed in, so not able to check each and every piece in the box. Purchased on 25/7 evening. Peeled a couple this morning, and every seed in both fruits had an unsightly white 'pimple' (mould?) inside. Not cheap, also. And disappointed at the lack of quality control of fresh products. Not ever buying from NTUC Bishan again. Peeled a couple the next morning – same 'white pimple mould condition'. See photo.
