Brought my 80+ year-old mom to get new glasses. The optician, Mira, was patient and explained why she needed 2 pairs. The price was reasonable, and she was attentive, suggesting that the first frame didn't have a soft bridge and would be uncomfortable for an elderly lady. Happy with the experience.

Shaun was very kind and took the time to recheck my degree properly when I came to purchase contact lenses. He also helped me tighten my glasses even though I did not come for that. I appreciated the warm and sincere service. Thank you!

I am normally very particular about good services rendered, so I am surprised to hear that some shoppers find the staff bossy, as they were all so attentive and obliging. I have been getting normal contact lenses, multifocal lenses, glasses, and multifocal glasses for a number of years already. My only so-so feedback is that I wish they had a greater array of frame options to choose from. Other than that, no complaints at all. The boss informs promptly about collection, and also gives a discount for purchases. Thumbs up!

Though I've found their service lacking (primarily due to a male staff member, or perhaps he is the boss), I've been buying from them out of convenience. The male staff member is arrogant; he argues back as though he is very smart and is only concerned with winning the conversation. He also does minimal work. In my latest purchase, he didn't even know his job, causing me to travel multiple times to finish the payment. And he was not apologetic after I pointed out his ignorance; instead, he still tried to explain his way out, as if it wasn't his issue, though it was already very obvious that he was the one who didn't know things and caused unnecessary trouble for the customer. After this unpleasant experience, and after being asked to pay in full for partial goods on hold, he didn't even offer me a paper bag to contain the purchase, even though he knew I was in a rush and carrying heavy things. The impression he gives is that he does minimal work, and if he does or thinks wrongly, it's too bad for customers who have to tolerate it. Is the company really so hard up? This is the last straw. To be honest, I don't even remember seeing other customers in their shop. And if he doesn't remember that customers have choices, there's another optical shop right next door. If he is so self-centered and lacks knowledge and communication skills, he shouldn't be in the service industry, causing pain to sincere customers. The female staff member is so much nicer, but it's a pity that usually the male staff member is the one serving me.

I’ve been coming to Eyewear House for the past 5 years and counting, and have always had a consistently good experience. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and the service has been reliable every time. My contact lens orders—even for high-prescription and astigmatism—arrive quickly. The lenses are comfortable, high quality, and are a great value. They also keep me informed about ongoing promotions, which makes it even more worthwhile. Highly recommended.
