Though finding their service lacking (basically due to the male staff they employed or perhaps he is the boss), been buying from them out of convenience. The male staff was arrogant, would argue back as though he is very smart and only concern with winning the conversation. He also does minimal work. In the latest purchase, he doesn't even know his work, causing me needing to travel multiple times to finish the payment. And he was not even apologetic after I pointed out his ignorance, yet still trying to explain his way out, like nothing of his issue, though it is already very obvious that he is the one who doesn't know things and caused unnecessary trouble to customer. After the unpleasant experience, after being asked to pay in full, for partial goods on hold, he didn't even offer me a paper bag to contain the purchase, when he knows I am in a rush and carrying heavy things. The impression he gave is he does minimal work, and anything he does or think wrongly, too bad for the customers to have to tolerate. Is the company really so hard up? This is the last straw. To be honest, don't even remember seeing customers in their shop. And if he doesn't remember, another optical shop is next to his. If he is so self-centred and lacks in knowledge and communication skills, he shouldn't be in service line to cause pain to sincere customer.
The female staff is so much nicer, but a pity usually the male staff is the one serving me.

My glasses were misaligned due to careless collision. I searched for an eyeglass store to see if they could repair them, so I chose eyewear house. Even though it wasn't the customer who cut the glass here and applied the warranty, the owner and the staff were very enthusiastic, they fixed the glasses for me for free, when I walked in, the staff asked after me from start to finish, they were enthusiastic and cute, there was water for me to drink lol, service 10/10 🫶will come back to support

I am normally very particular about good services renderred, so i am surprised to hear that some shoppers find the staff bossy, when the three of them are all so attentive and obliging. I have been making normal contact lens, multi focal lens, glasses and multi focal glasses for a number of years already. My only so so feedback is that i wish they have a greater array of frames options to choose from. Other than that, no complaints at all. The boss informs promptly for collection, and also gives a round down discount for purchases.
