Very bad service. She also had a disdainful look. I actually wanted to buy 2-3 bedsheets, but her face made it seem like I was wasting her time. Hello, I never even asked for her to approach me; I can look for myself.
I was confused about the series I wanted, as I had previously bought a number of different types of bedsheets.
I said I was looking for the 'Silky' series, and she recommended 1600TC. I said mine was 1200TC but was so much softer than the one she recommended. She sarcastically said, "This is the finest TC. How can 1200 be softer than this?" Then I recalled the one I wanted had 'bamboo' in its name. She then said they didn't have it.
Of course, I was confused because I knew I had bought it from Linen Gallery.
Then she sarcastically asked, "Which one do you actually want? Where is there a bedsheet that contains bamboo silk and Tencel at the same time?"
Hello, I already said I was confused about which one. That's why I just based it on what I recalled. You, the staff who works in the bedding line, should know more than me. How can you tease a customer?

I walked in to check out pillow types. When I mentioned the model I wanted to see, the sales girl (a dark-skinned, long-haired lady) just told me, "Over there!" When the next customer came in, the sales girl again told her, "The products are all there!" Is it Management's intention to employ salespersons merely to tell customers how to find the products? My next stop was the Nex branch, where a fair Chinese lady was friendly and brought out all the pillows to show me and explained the products. I hope Management looks into this and better trains their sales staff at the Bishan branch!
