Very bad service. And hav a despise face. Im actually wanted to buy 2-3 bedsheet but her face is like im wasting time on her. Heloo i nvr even ask for her approach i can see2 myself.
I am confused of the series i want as i previously bought a number of different type of bedsheet.
I said im lookin for siljy series and she recommended 1600tc.i said mine is 1200 tc but is so much softer than the one she recommended, she sarcasric say this is the finest tc le how can 1200 more softer than this. Then i recall the one i want is got bamboo this word then she say dun hav

Then she sarcastic say which one u want actually, where got bedsheet inside contain bamboo silk and tencel at the same time.

Great service from sales person, Evonne Lee. She was very familiar with the products at the shop and offered her advice readily to help me with my purchases. Also, she took great pains to fashion a handle for the mattress package I bought to enable me to carry it with ease.

I walked in to check out pillow type, when I mentioned the model I wanted to see, the sales girl ( dark skin long hair lady) just told me over there!
When the next customer come in , the sales girl again told her the products all are there!!
The Management to employ sales person is to tell customer how to find the products is it!
The next stop I went to Nex branch , this Fair Chinese lady was friendly and she brought out all the pillows to show me and explained to me of the products! Hope the Management look into it or better train your sales staff at Bishan branch!
