I sent in my Chanel bag and Cartier leather straps for colour pro and waited a long three months for the work to be done. As it was my first time with Dr. Bags, I was apprehensive on their quality which was made worse by the three months wait. My maroon Chanel bag came back black in colour but the leather looked dry and dull. Dr. Bag offered a spray polish to make the colour looked shiner at no extra cost but I had to wait for another two more weeks. Overall, the service is good but I’m think you need to set your expectations right when sending your bags for recolouring. I’m happy with the good after-sales service by Dr. Bags and have sent in two more bags for their cleaning services. Will update my reviews again! 🤗🤗🤗

Feel like I got a new Chanel bag to carry! Thank you for the deep cleansing service which not only removed the stains/mould and most importantly, it also removed the storage smell as well. Loving it and will definitely return to pamper my other bags!

Lacquering service leaves more to be desired. I wanted parts of the handles re-lacquered (specifically where the bag strap connector was), but they re-lacquered the entire bag strap despite it being perfectly fine. This wasn't an issue until the handle itself started to peel after two months of use. They offered a free re-lacquering, but it started to peel again after only three months. It's really frustrating because I didn't want the entire original handles re-lacquered, and now they're all peeling.
Good cleaning, though. I would recommend their cleaning service over their restoration services.
