First time sending my bag in for deep cleaning and love the result! Thank you Linda and Dr.Bags for the great and fuss-free experience. Got it back pretty fast, around a week when lead time was supposed to be much longer.

Wasn’t expecting the stains to come off. I went to Longchamp and was told that the water mark and colour stains couldn’t come off. Dr Bag too warned me but the cleaning was very well done! Love the outcome. Thank you!
