Very sucky. When I wanted to change my bank book, the VTM required me to print until the last line in the book, not just to page 11. When I wanted to change my HP number, the lady asked me four questions (not one or two, but four!). I forgot the answer to the fourth question, and she said I had to restart the application. Lousy experience. I would rather go and queue. No wonder very few people want to use this VTM.
