I’m a little confused as to how $3.50 for 5 Tutu Kuehs are restricted to only a selection of 2 flavours when the effort of making them is the same. Fine if that’s the company’s policy but is it too much to ask for proper signages that indicate as such & training the service staff to explain it properly instead of giving me grief? I know I should not be so worked up over $3.50 but hey, I didn’t start it. Tutu Kuehs are OK thankfully.

Tried to place my order with a Vietnamese store assistant at Junction 8 mall. She was very busy talking on the phone with her friend with loud speaker phone. I have to wait for her to response or realize my presence. This never end, she got distracted while taking my order while her friend was still taking at the other end.

Peanut tutu kept falling apart, but still tasted nice. The Gula Melaka was pretty decent, but a little too sweet for my taste.

My aunt and I disliked the impatient attitude of the woman seller at Junction 8 outlet. My aunt wanted to buy rice dumplings tied with woven string instead of raffia string. When my aunt saw the rice dumpling tied with woven string at Retail counter, she asked the seller what the filling was and got a rude reply, "you just need to tell me what filling you wanted." Her attitude really pisses us off.

Scrumptious and affordable freshly made tutu kueh in various flavours. Seller is better at Mandarin than English, did not catch that I wanted one chocolate-filled one, but we enjoyed the peanut and coconut ones anyway.

Bought 2 bak changs from Junction 8 branch 2 hours ago. The rice grains are still uncooked n the pork is so hard that i couldn't even bite into it. The insides of the bc are even worse. How could they charge $3.80 n $4.50 with such quality???????

Usually when I am in Bishan, will get myself the Gula Melaka Tutu Kueh. Not many places in singapore has this already and love the texture of the kueh and fragrance of gula Melaka. Ironically, haven’t tried their dumplings.

Always bought dumplings here. However, service is getting worse, used to heat up dumplings now staff said no heat up service. Bought cold and hard dumplings. Dumplings quality is getting worse too, most glutinous rice were not fully cooked and inner dumplings were hard and raw. Will not buy again and will not recommend
