Very easy. Very friendly and professional. I tried different guitars and had the opportunity to pick the right one for my 10-year-old child. Very nice shop as well.

My son bought his first ukulele at the Junction 8 branch on the evening of December 2nd. We were served by a very nice female staff member. She gave my family space to try out different ukuleles. There was no pressure from her to buy one. Wonderful service!

I had a disappointing experience at the music shop. The shopkeeper was unhelpful and refused to change my acoustic strings to classical ones, even after I offered not to get a refund for the difference. Although he eventually agreed after consulting his manager, he did not apologize for the inconvenience. Customer service could definitely be improved.

Don't ever buy a Cristofori piano. There is no demand for their pianos in the market if you wish to sell one in the future. Even their company doesn't want to buy back their own pianos and only offers trade-ins. So if you wish to sell it in the future, you might just need to give it away for free.

My music teacher Mr. Song is very professional. He is nice, patient, friendly, and helpful. I am happy with the way he teaches me. Excellent job! Please keep it up! I am also very thankful to all the customer service staff, like Eunice, Stephanie, Jimmy, and Edi, because they always give me moral support and encouragement. They have shown me the right way to upgrade my musical talent. For your information, this year I am already 68 years old, and here I am learning from each and every one of them. I would highly recommend everyone to come to the Cristofori Bishan branch because all these people are able to sincerely help you and children learn good music.
