I had a disappointing experience at the music shop. The shopkeeper was unhelpful and refused to change my acoustic strings to classical ones, even after I offered not to get refund on the difference. Although he eventually agreed after consulting his manager, he did not apologize for the inconvenience. Customer service could definitely be improved.

My son bought his 1st ukelele in Junction 8 branch on 2th Dec evening. We were served by a very nice female staff. She gave my family space to try out different ukeleles. There was no pressure from her to buy one. Wonderful service!

The staff was quick to assist me when I walked in for a quick browse on the guitars. I was pretty indecisive but she was still very patient with my many queries. Thanks Cristofori!

Don't ever buy Cristofori piano. There is no demand for their piano in the market if you wish to sell them in future. Even their company doesn't want to buy back their own piano and only does trade in. So if you wish to sell in the future, you might just need to give away free.

My music teacher Mr Song is very professional. He is nice , patience, friendly and helpful. I am happy with the way he teaches me . Excellent jobs . Please keep it up! I am also very thankful to all the customers service people like Eunice, Stephanie, Jimmy & Edi because they always give me moral support plus encouragement. They have show me the right way to upgrade my musical talent. For your information this year I am already 68 years old and here I am learning from each and everyone of them . I would highly recommend those all the people to come to this Bishan branch Cristofori because all these people are able to render to you and children in learning sincerely the good music.
