The only way Crave Junction 8 is successful is by pissing off their customers. I am one of them. I ordered 5 chicken wings and was made to wait over 10 minutes, even though the wings were already there. There were two workers in the stall, slowly packing orders. I waited with confusion, only to get really pissed off when an auntie who came after me got her one chicken wing first. Only then did I ask the worker to give me my wings, and finally she packed them for me... This successfully pissed me off. Never again will I buy from them. This is the second time I've had a similar experience, and I am done.

Amazing experience! The food was delicious; the service was excellent—special thanks to Affiah for being so friendly and helpful! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dine-in experience. Will definitely come back again!

Very disappointed. The Passion Card has a promotion for $3 off with a minimum spend of $15, but I paid with my Passion Card and yet received no discount. After paying, I saw the promotion sign, which was not placed at the cashier counter, and most customers would miss it. I alerted the staff, and she said she didn't know as she was a part-timer. Another staff member then said I had to alert them. I told them the promotion signage should be put at the payment area, not at the collection area. You need to look into this. Please put promotion signage at the cashier area.

Jasper at J8 provides good service. Edit: Got back home and realised an item was missing in my Royale set. Sad.

To the owners: I love the nasi lemak, but your staff's efficiency will drive business away. Work processes can be streamlined, and the speed of service can be increased. I queued for food when the queue was short, but still waited over 15 minutes for it. Deeply disappointed. It doesn't help to have a nasi lemak craving and a plane to catch.

Is this rice? Isn't this a kway? Ordered $11 of nasi lemak, and the rice is one big lump. Can't even be separated. They should be happy there isn't a zero-star review. They can't even cook rice properly, yet they want to open an F&B business!

It was a bittersweet experience. It was my 4th time patronising the stall due to Shopback's recent 30% off promotion. While no doubt I still enjoy the nasi lemak sets and their quality, one thing to note is that a couple of eggshells were found in the fried egg while tucking in, hence a 4-star experience. Looking forward to patronising again, and hopefully it will be an improved experience in the future.

On June 28, 2025, at 9:15 PM, I had the nicest, most sumptuous, and crunchiest chicken wings, and tasty, very well-cooked french bean veggies that were easy to eat. I believe this heartland outlet serves the best Nasi Lemak I've tried compared to those in CBD/Town areas. The chicken wings have improved quite a lot; they're not too dry compared to last year (2024). As you walk by, you can smell the fried aroma. To the shop owner: please make the crunchiness like Long John Silver's crust! This old-school method will bring you tons of customers queuing up for more! The rice 🍚 was just the right amount, not too oily, but a little dry. I liked the sambal chili 🌶️; it wasn't too overly spicy, which is a good thing. 👍🏻 The eggs still looked fresh and chewy, and the fish fillet and ikan bilis still had their crunchiness. By the way, I was served during closing time by an Indian girl. She seemed to be in a rush, perhaps due to good business until closing. Could it be that the lighting for the food 🥘 outshone the heating light 💡? Anyway, she was attentive and managed to pack my order in a box for me. I also advise that the box might overturn the food; they could use a rubber band to tie around it to prevent it from toppling.
