Not sure why the cheesecake has become so small. Here's a comparison: It's almost the same size as a Don Don Donki salmon sushi. $7.90 per slice isn't going to cut it. You're better off going elsewhere.

That's really great cheesecakes with many different flavours! Got them during the promotion period ❤️ The taste is really great! It's good to have many flavours and try them with family or friends! ✌🏻

This time, I ordered lychee, mango, and fromage. Quality is consistent, and my boys loved it. Just wondering, are those cakes on the display counter the real thing😆? I want to ask but always forget when I walk in to buy😁 …

Staff are polite and friendly. Bought two cakes: lychee and tiramisu. Love the tiramisu; the coffee flavor was just right. It would be nicer if it had more ladyfingers. The lychee flavor tasted just normal – nothing special. I will come back to try more flavors. Also, the cake is a bit small compared to the standard size in the market.

Warning: to each his own, but I will not eat their cakes unless this issue is resolved - and it wasn't for me. On 26/4, I ordered an Oreo cheesecake from their Bishan outlet. I ate the cake, and it tasted sour—more sour than usual. (I have eaten this cake multiple times and am familiar with its taste.) I thought, maybe they changed the brand of cream cheese? It tasted odd, but still seemed within an acceptable range. So I continued eating it, and my family ate it too. On 27/4, we woke up with stomachaches. The common food we ate was the cake. I checked the cake's expiry date, just in case, but found no expiry date on the box. How would we know that it's safe to eat then? I immediately called the HQ to check on this. They informed me they use a batch number, not an expiry date. But a batch number is an internal identifier, isn't it? A customer wouldn't understand its significance anyway. No expiry date means they could potentially sell an expired cake without the customer knowing? She told me it was not expired. But there was no assurance or expiry date linked to the batch provided to me. I explained what happened: that we ate the cake and subsequently got stomachaches. While I was explaining, the lady on the phone seemed to put the phone down (or away from her face) and did not respond. I asked her whether she heard my concerns. She then became rude and said, "You want to test the cake? Then go test it." I was taken aback. I'm not sure if the cream cheese used was left out for too long and spoilt during the process. Or perhaps they used expired cream cheese or other ingredients. I have eaten this cake multiple times and I really liked it. However, despite getting stomachaches from their food, I received no assurance that the food was safe, no other measures were taken, and I was subjected to a rude conversation. I wasted over $40 and had to discard the remaining three-quarters of the cake. To the person in charge, I returned this sour-tasting Oreo cheesecake to your Bishan outlet on 28 April 2023. Counter staff Jayce said she would check on the issue with the cake and inform the office to contact me with a report. I humbly suggest including an expiry date on the packaging so customers know when to discard it, rather than feeling unwell from spoilt food. No refund is needed; however, I am requesting an EXPLANATION and closure on this issue. I have patronised this brand for a few years now and hope I can trust it enough to continue enjoying your delightful cakes without worry.

First time trying. Had the tiramisu. Impressed by the taste. However, the price does not justify its portion.

I was at the J8 outlet yesterday to enjoy the “Buy 3 Get 3” promotion. I picked out three flavours I wanted, which were all in the $5.90-$6.90 range. The service staff attending to me then said I could pick out any flavour I liked for the next three, including those in the premium range like MSW or Lychee Roselle. So I did, but when it was time to pay, I found I was being charged for the premium flavours. While the difference was only a few dollars, I felt I was misled by the salesperson. I also concur with many earlier reviews that the slices are quite small and appear to be getting smaller while prices keep going up – you can see for yourself how small the slice is on a normal-size paper plate. This was not a great experience.

In a tiny corner in Junction 8, next to Osaka Osho and near LIHO, the shop's logo pops up quite obviously. The menu is comprehensive. I bought the original Over the Moon (New York cheesecake). The cheesecake is slightly melted to perfection, extremely creamy and rich, but not so rich that it becomes jelat. The sweetness is just nice, not too sweet, but also not bland. The packaging is small and cute, perfect for a picnic. The biscuit is also very crunchy and not soggy or too buttery, which is difficult to achieve in a cheesecake. I will definitely be coming back to buy more for my birthday party (Even though the price is a little high. The original flavour is $5.90 per slice, but most flavours are priced at around $6.90 per slice).

Here's the lightly edited review: 10.10.23 My sister gave me a cake redemption voucher in August. I kept forgetting to redeem it, as the name of the cake shop didn't really appeal to me, especially for a 'Cake Specialist' (😂). Cat & The Fiddle I went for handset upgrading at J8 SingTel. It so happened that the shop was just next to it. So I redeemed Lo. Surprisingly, the cheesecake was nice!! Out of the 6 different flavours, I chose the plain one (with biscuit crumbs on top). If the plain one is already nice, I assume that the rest are good too! I'll probably finish up the rest in the next few days.

Impressive brand image, and it's a pity the customer service didn't get the upgrade.
