The frames don't last and bought it less than a year. Not worth to buy from them. I send my daughter specs to show them and ask them try to services. Just a look and told me that this specs cannot be repaired and suggested to buy a new frames. Went to another shop and really surprised and impressed that they really did a good job.

Had a very pleasant experience shopping at Bolon Junction 8!
Stepped into the store and was warmly greeted by Siti who invited my partner and I to try on the frames freely. She gave recommendations at appropriate times, which was very helpful and not pushy. My partner and I took quite some time with our decision but she was very patient in the entire process. Also appreciate her professionalism in the alignment of the glasses.

This is my first time stepping into this optical shop. It's often very difficult to find a good optometrist, but I found one here! They also have advanced machines to check your eyes. The optometrist can also easily tell you what glasses frames are suitable for you. Oh, I forgot his name... 🤭 He's friendly, very patient, and has many years of experience in this field. I will update when I get my new glasses. I love them so much already! Thank you 🙏👨🏻

The optician auntie seemed extremely irritated when I asked just once for assistance with my glasses, which I had purchased from this particular branch. I never managed to get help. This isn't the first time I've been refused service at a Bolon outlet when trying to adjust my glasses. Buyers beware! I love their glasses, though I just wish I could get them adjusted :(

Jason is amazing. If you ever need a fitting done, look for him. He’s always patiently recommending frames that best suit his customers. He even taught me some great eye care tips. Great experience!
